Holle USA Before You Buy 2026: Servings per Tin, Pouch Math and the Final-Sale Fine Print

Holle USA Before You Buy 2026: Servings per Tin, Pouch Math and the Final-Sale Fine Print

It's 11 p.m., the house is finally quiet, and there's a Holle USA tab open on your phone with a goat milk tin and a 36-pack of pouches in the cart. Your thumb hovers over "Check out." Then the questions start: how long does one tin actually last? What comes in the box? And if the toddler turns his nose up at Zebra Beet, can you send it back?

Those are fair questions, because food orders from this store are final once they ship. So before you tap that button, we gathered the answers from Holle USA's own FAQ, product labels, listings and policy pages in October 2026, plus a little unit-price math the product pages don't do for you.

First, What the Store Does (and Doesn't) Carry

Can I get Holle infant formula here?

No. The FAQ is direct about it: Holle's infant formula was produced for the European market and isn't sold in the US. What you can buy is a Stage 3 toddler drink in cow or goat milk, fruit and veggie purée pouches, fruit and grain purée pouches, yogurt pouches and mixed bundles.

What ages are the products labeled for?

Both toddler drink tins are labeled for children 12 months and older. The shop also files its bundles under 6-month, 8-month and 12-month groupings, and the Blue Bird fruit and grain listing describes it as a snack for babies 6 months and up. Those are the brand's own labels. Your pediatrician is the right person to ask about what fits your child, especially before starting or switching a toddler drink.

Are the cereals available?

Not right now. The 4-Grain and Oat cereal 6-packs are listed, but both showed as sold out when we checked.

What's Actually in the Tin and the Box

Each Stage 3 tin is marked 14.1 oz (400 g) net weight on the front.

How many servings does one tin make?

The label panels for both the cow and goat versions list a serving as 4 scoops of powder (17.2 g) and about 23 servings per container. The tins are sold as 14 oz and marked 14.1 oz (400 g) on the label. That's roughly $1.30 per serving for the $29.99 cow milk tin and about $1.74 for the $39.99 goat tin.

Does it come with a scoop?

Yes. The FAQ says all toddler drink packaging, including the spoon, is BPA free, and the serving size on the label is measured in scoops.

How does the brand say to prepare the water?

The FAQ says the water should be boiled first because of water quality and solubility, and that the water temperature for dissolving the powder should be 50°C (122°F). For the exact water amount and number of scoops, follow the directions printed on your tin. Don't go by a retailer's copy of them.

How big are the pouches, and how do they arrive?

Purée pouches come 12 to a display-style box; the 36- and 48-count options are multiples of it.

Purée pouches are 3.5 oz each and come in boxes of 12. Yogurt pouches are 85 g each, and the bundle listings describe them as 10-count trays. Every pouch has a resealable cap. The brand says an opened pouch can go in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Why does the goat milk label show added sugar?

The FAQ explains that US rules require lactose added to a recipe to be declared as "added sugar." Holle says it never uses sucrose and adds small amounts of lactose to its US recipes for taste. The cow milk panel lists 0 g added sugars.

Unit Prices: Where Buying Bigger Pays Off, and Where It Doesn't

We worked these figures out from the listed prices in October 2026, before any subscription discount:

OptionPricePer unit
Purée pouches, 12 / 36 / 48$39.99 / $113.97 / $147.16about $3.33 / $3.17 / $3.07 per pouch
Yogurt pouches, 10 / 30 / 40$39.99 / $113.97 / $147.16about $4.00 / $3.80 / $3.68 per pouch
Cow Milk Toddler Drink, 1 tin / 6 tins$29.99 / $164.94$29.99 / about $27.49 per tin
Goat Milk Toddler Drink, 1 tin / 6 tins$39.99 / $219.94$39.99 / about $36.66 per tin
Fresh Flavors or Orchard Blends yogurt bundle (20 pouches)$79.98about $4.00 per pouch
Berry Yogurt Pouches Bundle (20 pouches)$89.98about $4.50 per pouch

The surprise is that last row. Two 10-packs of the berry yogurt flavors cost $79.98 bought separately, so the Berry Yogurt Pouches Bundle came out about $10 higher when we looked. It's worth comparing before you add a bundle out of habit. Also note: the cow milk 2-tin option was sold out during our visit.

Shipping, Cancellations and the Final-Sale Rule

How fast does an order leave the warehouse?

The shipping policy says orders go out within 24–48 hours, six days a week, from Pennsylvania, with tracking sent by email and text. The Shipping & Returns page puts delivery at 2–9 business days via FedEx, UPS or USPS. The store ships to US addresses only.

What's the free-shipping line?

The current policy and the cart bar both say $99. An older Shipping & Returns page still says $120, so trust what your cart shows.

Can I return it if my toddler won't eat it?

Plan on no. The Shipping & Returns page says all purchases are final and baby food products can't be returned once shipped. A separate refund-policy page uses general 30-day wording, but it also excludes perishable goods such as food. If you change your mind, contact customer service right away: an order that hasn't shipped yet gets a full refund.

What if a box shows up crushed?

The brand's satisfaction policy offers a refund. Email support@holleusa.com with your order number, a description of the damaged item, its condition on arrival, the date and time you received it, and the reason you're asking for a refund. The page asks you to dispose of and recycle the product rather than send it back.

Subscriptions, Rewards, Gift Cards and Packaging

  • Subscribe & Save: the site banner offers 15% off your first subscription order and 20% off every order after.
  • Gift cards: digital only, in $25, $50, $75 or $100. They're emailed to you or straight to the recipient, and they work on one-time purchases only, not subscriptions.
  • Tiny Tummies Club: $10 in rewards points for joining, 50 tokens per $1 spent, and 1,000 tokens = $1 off, with no minimums and no expiration.
  • Holle Hero program: a discount for military members and their families, first responders and teachers, confirmed at checkout.
  • Recycling: the FAQ says pouch caps are recyclable, but there's no recycling option yet for the pouch itself.
  • Date codes: the FAQ describes the date on Holle products as comparable to a "best before" date.

Your Pre-Checkout Checklist

  1. Confirm the age label and talk to your pediatrician before starting or switching a toddler drink.
  2. Start with one tin or one 12-pack, since food can't be returned.
  3. Compare per-pouch prices before choosing a bundle.
  4. Get the cart to $99 for free shipping.
  5. Choose Subscribe & Save only once you know what your family will use.
